Mass Effect : Andromeda
While still an Environment Art Director at Bioware, I came to this project late and took on the role of Lighting Lead. I created a color script for each of the main critical path missions, set PBR lighting guidelines for the team, and worked with the level and character artists to help ensure materials were setup correctly. I did most of the high level lighting and Post FX for the game. I provided feedback and examples to level artists across 3 studios on how to achieve a better look through lighting. In addition, I led the cinematic lighting group, which was a first for Bioware. I managed an internal lighter and 3 environment artists in the Austin studio, and 5 external lighters at EA Shanghai.
