Shadow Realms

Shadow Realms was a new IP for Bioware being created in the Austin Studio. It was announced but canceled. I started as the Lead Environment Artist and was later promoted to Environment Art Director. I managed a team, reaching 13 environment artists. In addition, I was responsible for 5 outsource prop artists. I did all scheduling of the environment art team breaking tasks down into small manageable chunks while still keeping an eye on the impact to the broader schedule. I worked closely with Level Design to make sure we were always on the same page about what was needed and what worked best from both a design and art standpoint. In the screenshots below, I was responsible for artistic direction as well as, all lighting and some texturing, world building and shader work.
